Our Mission
Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc.’s mission is to educate decision makers at all levels of government, the media, along with our clients, to the critical role which safe, dependable, sustainable, and affording housing plays in connecting all aspects of our daily lives.
Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc. seeks to underscore the importance and the connectivity of affordable housing in Central Ohio communities and highlight the economic benefits affordable housing brings to the region’s economy. As such, we believe this is a vital component of the region’s future growth and must be considered as a vital part of everyone’s successful future.
Our Vision
Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc.’s vision is to provide consistent and sustainable affordable housing to Central Ohio and surrounding areas, primarily low to moderate income families who are in need.
Through education, perseverance and implementation, Affordable Housing Ohio Inc. will strive to become the first organization who is fiscally self-sustaining to provide services to those who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to realize homeownership, a stable safe environment through education and guidance.
Advocacy and Education:
Public Education and Advocacy are essential to the Affordable Housing’s plan.
Through education and advocacy, we seek to engage communities in dynamic discussions related to housing, with intentional inclusion of under-represented groups, empower community stakeholders, increase housing productivity and affordability, and impact access to housing.

HCP’s 3-5 year business plan outlines our outcomes and goals in the areas we have deemed the highest priority.
