Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the central Ohio community with resources that encourage and aid individuals in home ownership.
Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc. takes pride in the community in which it operates, we partner with many local real estate developers, agents, lenders, credit specialist and educators to offer our clients a deeper insight into the process of property ownership and legacy building.
Renovation Program
At Affordable Housing, we are dedicated to transforming neglected homes into beautiful, safe, and affordable living spaces for those in need. Our Renovation Program identifies homes that are not up to code, renovates them with the help of talented design students, and offers them to qualified applicants.

Meet Inga
Founder
My passion is working to make it possible for families and individuals to find, finance, and enjoy a home. I pursue that mission every day and take the time to truly help all my clients.
I have a very diverse background. My prior work experience includes coordinating protocol and logistics for the World Cup, The Winter and Summer Olympics, and the Super Bowl. I am also a licensed ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor and a certified PPS (Professional Property Stager).
I have traveled the world, but found my true passion where I grew up here in central Ohio – working as a real estate agent.
I work very hard to serve my clients with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. I conduct my business according to two main principles:
Work for the client, not for the deal.
Don’t sell houses; help my clients to find homes.
Urban Community Housing Program
Through the rehab of abandoned and/or blighted properties within the community and the provision of land, Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc. will provide affordable, safe, and sustainable housing for those in the community. Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc. will engage in all facets of home buying and homeownership, from engaging in the new construction, renovation, acquisition, and rehabilitation of affordable housing. Before moving forward with any home renovation, Affordable Housing Ohio, Inc. will conduct:
- Detailed Property feasibility study
- Marketability analysis
- Buyer/Lender/Downpayment feasibility study
